This website does not set cookies, does not use analytics or tracking services, shows no ads and does not load content from third parties. Fonts and images are served directly from our own server.
3. Hosting and server logs
The website is hosted on Cloudflare Pages (Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend St, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA). When you visit it, Cloudflare processes technically necessary data such as your IP address, date and time, the requested file and your browser and device type in order to deliver the site and protect it against attacks. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in secure and reliable operation (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Data may be transferred to the USA; Cloudflare is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. 4. Contacting us by email
If you email us, we process your email address and the content of your message to answer your enquiry (Art. 6(1)(b) or (f) GDPR). We delete the data once it is no longer needed for that purpose and no statutory retention obligations apply.
5. Our games
Our games do not require an account. Which data a game processes, for example for ads via Google AdMob or anonymous usage statistics, is described in that game's own privacy policy:
- PATH – Find the gap: path.byxestudios.com/privacy.html
- Block Fuse!: will be added at release.
If you download a game from Google Play or the Apple App Store, Google or Apple process data under their own responsibility; their privacy policies apply.
6. Your rights
You have the right of access (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and to object to processing based on legitimate interests (Art. 21). You can withdraw any consent at any time with effect for the future. Just write to [email protected].
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority, for example the authority responsible for us, the State Commissioner for Data Protection of Lower Saxony (Germany).
7. Changes
We update this privacy policy when our website or the legal situation changes. The version published here applies.
